Laura M. Hughes is the Founding CEO and President of Fleur De Lis Development Corporation and native to St. Louis, Missouri.
The Board of Directors are selected fiduciaries, in place to steer the Company towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the organization has adequate resources to advance its mission.
This group of Directors were chosen for their diverse backgrounds and level of expertise across an array of industries. Each member’s proficiency and skillset will allow the organization to implement best practices and strategies for fund-raising for the Company.
Collectively the Directors possess more than 50 years of real estate experience that include real estate investment, distressed property renovations, property management, and real estate construction. In addition, the team has worked together on projects for more than twenty years.
The Home Sore, LLC is a full-service brokerage and property management company that provides an array of services for Fleur De Lis Development Corp.
The Home Store was founded in 2005, by Laura M. Hughes. The small-town company with big city experience, that specializes in property renovation, management, and probate transactions.
The Company’s renovation experience includes LRA acquisition, 203k lending, and utilization of federal and state historic tax credits. Property management capabilities range from tenant background checks, to landlord/tenant petition filings, and negotiations. Probate transaction experience includes affidavit of heirship drafting and removals of property title encumbrances.
